Re-Logic's Plans For The Future It also said that it shouldn't have shared details about the game publicly from the get-go. ![]() Re-Logic is offering an apology for fans who might be disappointed with the news. But this didn't go well, and as such, it decided to cancel the game altogether rather than release an underdeveloped title to fans of the mega-hit Terraria. Later in the development, Re-Logic had brought in Pipeworks Studios to examine whether the game was living up to the studio's expectations. "Our team has a clear vision for this game." The studio said it did not want to compromise quality to speed up development. In the announcement, Re-Logic stressed that its goal has always been to deliver a quality game not shaped by time constraints. Re-Logic and Engine Software announced it back in 2015 for PC, with Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions being considered for a later release. Terraria: Otherworld, much similar to the game on which it's based, was supposed to be a side-scrolling sandbox platformer set in an alternate dimension within the Terraria universe.
